Create a differentiated booking platform in a highly competitive travel market by positioning stays not just as accommodations but as activity-centered experiences. The goal was to design a system that feels premium, modern, and inspiring to a niche audience of sports travelers.

We started by building the MVP, establishing the core booking journey from discovery to checkout. Over a year-long retainer, we iterated with continuous user research to refine search, itinerary planning, loyalty rewards, and payment flows. On the brand side, we crafted a visual system that embodies movement, performance and sustainability, bold typography, vibrant greens, and clean UI. The design extended into social media to ensure consistent storytelling across touchpoints. The final product is a seamless booking platform that makes active stays intuitive to explore, compare, and book, helping theKlub grow into a recognizable player in sports and wellness travel across Europe.
