Business
Challenge

Physiotherapists often struggle with keeping patients engaged between sessions. Missed appointments, skipped exercises, and lack of communication can delay recovery. The challenge was to design a mobile solution that keeps patients motivated while helping doctors manage treatment plans seamlessly.

Project Details

We worked with Xheal to design a mobile app that makes physiotherapy more interactive and accessible. Patients can book appointments, receive reminders, and follow personalized exercise routines with clear instructions. They also get progress tracking and motivational nudges to stay on track with their recovery plan. On the other side, physiotherapists can manage patient plans, share resources, and monitor adherence, creating a continuous feedback loop. The final product turned routine therapy into a structured, engaging experience—helping doctors deliver better outcomes and patients stay consistent with their care.
